The palate has a pleasing brambleberry note that leads to a long finish with a hint of oak spice

Medium-bodied and soft textured with a ripe fruit core balanced by round and ripe tannins

An energetic acidity and undercurrent of minerality carry the wine to a refreshing finish

Following fermentation the wine is left to age for 36 months in 3000 litre oak barrels
