Rondo Recipe Set Type:ScoreRondo Recipe is a light hearted work to be approached in the classical style. The dash of Mozart is not a facetious quote for there is in fact a small quote of music that is by Mozart hidden within the whole of this piece. It lasts only for a brief moment, hence the dash. As with many pieces of chamber music from this era, the style is light and buoyant and should never become (or allow to become) heavy handed. The tempo should remain brisk
