Established in 1870, it was originally located in Saint Paul before being relocated to the Bois Rouge sugar factory in 1992 where it operates both pot and column stills to make a range of rhum traditionnel and rhum agricole. This original project was born in 2023, centered around Savannas most exceptional distillate, the HERR, and a meeting of rum enthusiasts: the Savanna team and Mika Barbaria,

It was matured for a total of 10 years and bottled in August 2020

with distinctive notes of fresh fruit and a subtle hint of pencil lead

A unique visual design

In 1995 they opened the Foursquare distillery

Only 2500 numbered bottles

Over the next 100 years it was blighted by production difficulties

This highly sought-after limited release
