Il Baco da Seta Prosecco Spumante DOC Extra Dry Vintage:NVAn extra dry Vino Spumante, made from grapes of the Glera variety grown in the hills of the Prosecco region. An abundant creamy fizz with notes of apples, pears and a hint of white peach, whilst retaining the all important drinkability of classic Prosecco.

Grape Variety: Chardonnay

The grapes are fermented at 20-22ºC and fortified with brandy which contains 65% alcohol (from Torrontés wine distillation) when they reach 221 grams of residual sugar
