Antique Edwardian Medallion Albert Chain Silver 18ct Gold Gilt Product Type_PendantA grand antique Edwardian Albert chain made up of sterling silver curb links, each stamped with a sterling lion mark and gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold. Its complete with a T bar suspended from the bottom along with an extension of chain holding a round medallion decorated with scrolled motifs around the border and an engraved crown on top. Albert chains were popularised and named after Prince Albert, Queen Victorias consort in the 19th Century
