5'8" Somma Daydream Hull (Used) FathersDay22Shea Somma cooked up the Daydream Hull specifically for our shop and designed it with the punchy beachbreaks nearby specifically in mind. He grew up surfing Newport and has amazing memories of the wedging turquoise peaks it can produce. The Daydream Hull is an Andreini style displacement hull, Marc Andreini designs his for the often chunky and unpredictable beachbreaks and reefs of Northern California. These hulls are generally much more user friendly

The tail is pulled in as a round pin which allows the board to surf well in steeper parts of the wave

Troy has been shaping some beautiful vee bottoms and surfing phenomenally on them

This one off model is reminiscent of the square nose boards Herbie Fletcher was shaping back in the day

The overall outline is quite narrow and the tail pulls in to a small swallow

and exhibit more exaggerated bottom contours than it's cohort

The bottom contour consists of a slight roll in the nose that transistions into a spiral vee
