2024 Negroamaro wineA fragrant red with fruity hints of black cherry and a savoury tannin finish. Negroamaro has emerged as the perfect red grape variety for our vineyard and the warm summers we enjoy here in central Victoria, and just right for the relaxed way we entertain and enjoy our wine and food. Our first vintage captured hearts, selling out quickly. People loved its fragrance and haunting flavours of rose petal and white pepper spice, its fruity hints of black

and an inspired partner to a board of farmhouse cheeses–especially strong and smelly blues that often knock and aged red sideways

lemon zest

making it the perfect partner to a range of pork

then aged in a mixture of old French oak barriques before bottling

Better though

Prosecco is both the name of the grape variety and the fresh

tasting as we went

Young Portugese winemakers have more recently started to use it in deeply-flavoured elegant reds

and wet finish to Autumn

Gentle bubbles and low alcohol make it perfect for any time of day—a relaxed brunch
